Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Juta Daco Construction. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including but not limited to construction, painting, and related services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Quotations and Site Visits
- Quotation Requests: All requests for quotations must be made in writing. We reserve the right to visit the site to assess the scope of work before providing a quotation.
- Site Visits: A site visit fee may apply, which will be communicated to you before the visit. This fee will be deducted from the final invoice if you proceed with our services.
3. Orders and Deliveries
- Gauteng and Limpopo Orders:
- Orders for paint and other materials can be placed by residents of Gauteng and Limpopo.
- A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required before delivery.
- If the remaining balance is not paid upon delivery, a 10% restocking fee will be charged, and the order will be returned.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance within 30 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Other Provinces:
- Orders from other provinces are accepted for quantities above a certain threshold, which will be communicated to you.
- Full payment, including delivery fees, is required before dispatch.
- Delivery fees will be calculated based on the distance and quantity of the order.
4. Payment Terms
- Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable unless the order is canceled by Juta Daco Construction.
- Full Payment: Full payment is required before the commencement of any work or delivery of materials.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the invoice.
5. Services
- Scope of Work: The scope of work will be clearly defined in the quotation and agreed upon before commencement.
- Changes to Scope: Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges.
- Completion Time: Estimated completion times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made in writing. A cancellation fee may apply, depending on the stage of the project.
- Cancellation by Juta Daco Construction: We reserve the right to cancel any order or service agreement at our discretion. In such cases, any deposits paid will be refunded in full.
7. Liability
- Limitation of Liability: Juta Daco Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Juta Daco Construction harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
