By accessing or using the services provided by Mapengo Innovations, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
We provide the following services:
A 50% deposit is required to begin the project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project. Late payments will incur a penalty of 5% per month.
Upon full payment, the client receives full intellectual property rights to the final product. We retain rights to reusable code or templates used.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive data and project details.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable if the project is canceled before completion.
We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
